Individual & Family Plans

What do you want to do?

Are you eligible for financial assistance?

Did you know that 4 out of 5 people qualify for discounts called subsidies that reduce plan costs to $10 or less a month? We can help you apply for a subsidy (tax credit) that may help to offset the monthly cost of your health plan. You'll be able to see your estimated monthly costs when you shop for a plan.

Check the FPL chart to see if you qualify for financial assistance.

Available plans

Our plans are available in three metallic levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. These levels were created to show the level of coverage within a plan. The plans vary by how much medical costs you will pay on average. The per month cost of these plans will vary depending on how much financial assistance you qualify for.

Which plan is right for you?

This year we're giving you more options to choose from than ever before. From BlueEssentialsSM, the No. 1 health plan in South Carolina, to BlueExclusiveSM plans for certain counties, our members have more options for health care plans than any other insurance company in the state. Plus, BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina offers access to health care options when traveling out of state and a new dental plan.
