No-Pay Copay
Rich Text
ActionsNo-Pay Copay encourages State Health Plan primary members to be more engaged in their health and saves them money. When you complete activities and earn two credits in Strive, you can receive certain generic drugs at no cost to you. Covered conditions include:
- High blood pressure.
- High cholesterol.
- Cardiovascular disease.
- Coronary artery disease.
- Diabetes.
How it works
Participating is easy. Just complete a few simple activities, earning at least two credits, to receive your copay waiver for the following year. Activities are tailored toward your health condition and might include things like talking to a health coach or having lab tests. No-Pay Copay will pay for certain generic medications to treat your condition. To learn more about the program, log in to your My Health Toolkit® account, select wellness, then No-Pay Copay.
Need to earn two credits to be compliant
Example: If you complete your first credit on May 25, 2023, and complete the second credit on Aug. 2, 2023, your No-Pay Copay will be active Sept. 1, 2023, through Dec. 31, 2024.
